Every order from Nectar & Notion is packed with care. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@nectarandnotion.com and we will make it right.

As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour and texture are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, but if something is not right, we always want to know.

Exchanges Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us before returning any item.

Damaged items Please include a photo of the damage when you get in touch. This helps us resolve things quickly and improve our quality checks.
